This is an article from Security Management magazine highlighting the failures of England's efforts to standardize England's security industry. It is a little disconcerting to read in light of the repeated declarations from various textbooks in this program pleading for a need for standardization and agreed certification in the United States.

One can always point out that much of the issues stem from negligence, incompetence, and criminal behavior on the part of the regulators.
