Legislation should be put into effect barring the sale of any emergency purpose vehicle that can be used as a terrorism weapon. Since there is currently no law banning these sales, consideration should be given to flagging any account that is purchasing these items. Delivery of items should be monitored by local jursidictions. It appears that al Qaeda has more plans to used these vechicles for planting bombs and continuing with their terroristic actions.
