If it were possible to use Sun Tzu's methods in our everyday lives we would have to be a very disciplined people. In particular, Chapter 4 No. 13, he speaks of winning his battles by making no mistakes which establishes the certainty of victory and conquering an enemy that is already defeated. In Chapter 6 he speaks of forcing your enemy to reveal himself by learning the principles of his activity or inactiity, thus discovering his vulnerable parts. Although his methods apply to wartime, it can easily be applied to everyday life and the struggles we encounter daily.
